THE WAY OF THE CROSS

Lord Jesus,

At your Birth you came to share our nature.

In your Passion and Death

you shared our pains and sorrows.

Through our meditation on the sufferings

you endured for our salvation.

may we share your rejection of sin

and your life of commitment

to God and neighbor.

May we come to share also

in the glory of your Resurrection

in the Kingdom where you live and reign

with the Father and the Holy Spirit,

one God, for ever and ever.
